The Way Back -A fantastic escape story to freedom

This is a beautiful story during the dawn of WWII when several men escape from a Russian gulag. The film details their perilous & uncertain journey to freedom, as they cross deserts, mountains, & nations and last but not the least several obstacles but not once even the biggest of obstacle could deter them from their conviction and that I must say what conviction is all about.

The cast of this movie is very interesting right from Ed Harris to Collin Farrell to Jim Sturgess to Saoise Ronan must say everyone fitted their role to the tee and did great justification.

The make up artists(Edouard F. Henriques, Greg Funk, Yolanda Toussieng )of this movie deserves a special mention for the fantastic work that they very shocking and surprising that they lost it to 'The Wolfman' at the Oscars this year.

This movie is beautifully shot and the content of the story keeps you completely engrossed for those two hour 10 minutes.

The movie is both thought provoking and inspiring at the same time.Worth a watch for sure.

I will never ever complain when I have to walk ever again...
